Question:	How do you guys store this mouse in like a backpack or the similar, since there's no off button
Answer:	I’ve owned this mouse before and if nothing’s changed it will turn off and stay off if it doesn’t receive a signal from the receiver. So if you sleep your computer and press the mouse button, it turns off because there’s no reply. It won’t turn back on until it gets a signal from the receiver again.
Question:	is the mouse wheel smooth or does it click
Answer:	I just started using mine today, the mouse wheel has soft clicks (you feel it), and sometimes you will hear it if you scroll fast. I would NOT want this for gaming but for casual or office use its seems nice, my only complaint is the L/R keys are a bit louder than I like, and might disturb others if your doing a lot of clicking.
Question:	it doesn't have an on/off switch
Answer:	It has an ON switch that is very annoying. After some time (5-10 min) the mouse goes to sleep. It must be woken up by pressing the button below the scroll wheel. If you walk away or pause for 10 minutes you MUST press the button. It seems like I press the dumb button 10x per day. It's not horrible, but it certainly doesn't deserve to be in a 4.5-5 star mouse. I'd give it 3 at most because of this dumb design, and I will probably replace it with something a bit ... smarter.
Question:	how many and what kind of batteries does it use
Answer:	As the other individuals have answered, this mouse does take a double A battery, but please note that the battery compartment is super tight, so a rechargeable battery (eneloop pro's) don't fit into this device. Kind of disappointing, as all I use anymore is rechargeable batteries.

Answer:	Yep! It's a "soft phone". I'm in IT and our department is initiating a process of having us work remotely 2 days out of the week. They tied our regular office number to Cisco Jabber so that when someone calls my regular extension, it rings on my computer and on my headsets ear piece. So what I see is a pop up asking me if I want to answer the call. So far I like the headset. Super clear and rather dummy proof since it's a true "plug-n-play". Callers have no idea that I'm not actually in the office and no idea that I'm answering my phone from my computer in my home. Its nice! :)

Question:	Can you make the two middle buttons do other things than change dpi and color? i have absolutely no use for that, but want to scroll up/down

Question:	M601 and m602 differences? the m602 is newer model or something? (2000 vs 3000 dpi?) they are same price but the m601 is marked as best seller
Answer:	It appears that the addition of the 7th button and the lower DPI are the major differences. The apparent position of the 7th button would hit your palm if you are not a claw grip user. I would go with the 6 button M601 unless you play MMOs that could use the extra buttons.
Question:	Do all 7 of the buttons work with a mac or only the top, left and right clickers
Answer:	I'm not sure about Macs, but I'm running the mouse on my Linux PC and everything is working fine, so it should be okay for you too.
Question:	How load are the cliks on this mouse. Will it keep my wife up
Answer:	The load depends on your fingers mate, your wife will nag you anyways

Answer:	2.25 x 4.25 approximately
Question:	Does this mouse work on a asus laptop
Answer:	I am sure it would as it a simple USB mouse. Any computer/laptop with a USB port should work.
Question:	How long is the cord in inches
Answer:	I just measured it, and it is approximately 58-1/2 inches long. I actually did not realize just how long it was until I measured it now as I usually just have it folded up. It seems to be a very long cord as mouse go.
