Answer:	Red is signifying of a malfunction. If it was working while it was red, I am incredibly surprised. When it is red, it usually mean that it is already broken, and the bar will refuse to power on the system. If you Xbox refuses to turn on, touch the brink and discover how hot it is. If it is a little over 90 degrees it is probably burned out and needs replacing.

How to use it on PS4?

1. Please test it with your cell-phone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.

2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad

3. Then long press the PS4 button or enter the System Settings, there is a peripheral machines choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio". If you have the audio on the "All Audio" setting you can, but if it's set to "Chat Audio" you can only hear form the side with the mic.

Answer:	This triggers are really good, can´t tell if they fit on the slim controller, on gen 1 dualshock controllers fits perfect without any glue, tape, etc. works fine for all FPS games. I also bought a red controller on amazon and in that one didn´t fit. The triggers come with some kind of tape so you can glue them to the controller, but it didn´t hold. So I left it alone, I only use them with my gen1 controller
