Answer:	Pro keys are available automatically at least in Rock Band 3, I haven't played past that one.

Answer:	It does not make a sound on its own. It must be connected to an Xbox 360. Unless you use the MIDI socket and connect it to something that can... Haven't tried it myself.

Answer:	Depends on age of "kid". if the child is musically adept, the basic 5 keys used to follow the notes on the screen can be great learning experience. A really small child will likely just push all the keys to make noise and not exactly enjoy what the instrument was really created for.

Answer:	Rockband 4 did away with keyboard. Im not positive if you can use on RB 3 on the Xbox one. I believe if you can it would require the adapter for legacy instruments though.

How to use it on PS4?

1. Please test it with your cell-phone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.

2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad

3. Then long press the PS4 button or enter the System Settings, there is a peripheral machines choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio". If you have the audio on the "All Audio" setting you can, but if it's set to "Chat Audio" you can only hear form the side with the mic.

Answer:	Hi Customer, Here are some directions: 1. Note that the USB jack is designed for lighting up the headset only. To make the audio work, you'll need to plug in the analogue jacks. 2. If your computer contains mic and audio separate jacks, make sure the 2 in 1 splitter is plugged into the correct jack respectively. If your computer only contains one jack, the 2 in 1 splitter needs to be disconnected. 3. Also don't forget to switch off the mute button on the audio cable. : ) And also try to turn off all the devices and restart again to see if it makes a difference. Setting configuration: 1.Go to Sound Settings 2.Under "Playback" tab, right-click on your headset and select "Set as Default Device" 3.Under "Recording" tab, right-click on your headset and select "Set as Default Device" ►If it's set as the default device but your PC is still not picking up any sound, try disable any other devices listed that could be interfering the connection. Question:	Is it suitable wearing it for a long time
Answer:	I think so. I bought some headsets before, but this one is the most comfortable. When I first get them they are snug, but gradually loosen up after using for a period of time. Now I wear them all the day at weekends and they don't hurt. If you wanna a comfortable gaming headset, I would recommend this one.

Answer:	I've owned for several months, and am still very happy with it. Mic quality is still great, my D2 clan mates are very pleased with it's performance, especially compared to my previous headset, lol. The wire is actually a bit long for my taste, not sure why 6ft is necessary, but I haven't had any issues with it. The headset can feel a bit heavy after long play sessions, but it's super cushy, so that helps. I shave my head, so most headsets end up digging into my scalp and becoming very uncomfortable after only a short period of time, but this one stays comfy even after several straight hours of playtime. Sound quality is GREAT. On par with much more expensive Turtle Beach headsets that I've owned in the past.

Answer:	Yes, it is. I have used it for half a month. My teammate could hear my voice clearly. There was one thing bothered me a lot, his mic usually picked up ambient nose well so I had a bad experience when playing with him. I should have recommended this brand to him.

Question:	Does this require a separate power cord or does it draw power over USB
Answer:	Stream Deck is powered via the USB cord. No additional cords are needed.
Question:	Does the deck hook into OBS for functionality or does the user still need hotkeys and set up macros on the deck

Question:	Is this able to issue standard keyboard commands or execute other programs
Answer:	The other responses are outright false or outdated. The streamdeck has the ability to create multiactions. So you can make a macro of win + R to open the run window. You can then add a text action and then a keyboard enter macro to run the program or do other more advanced things. By default the streamdeck supports key press macros with up to 2 keys. EX: ctrl + z as well as the ability to open other programs. However, the streamdeck also has a little marketplace for community made addons that give you even more power. For example if you need more advanced macros that require 3+ keys to be pressed at once there is a community addon for that. There is also a community application launcher that allows more advanced control over launching an application and allows you to pass startup options.
Question:	Could this be used as a switcher between multiple web cams? Kind of like a live news cast
Answer:	Yes! You can set keys to toggle different scenes and sources in OBS (and potentially other live video programs) so it can definitely be used as a switcher. We use it for live streaming on Facebook and it is great!

Question:	can the mouse and keyboard be plugged into a 3.0 usb port and work
Answer:	Mine set was plugged into 3.0 with no issue temporarily. There’s no benefit to it so if you can use any lower speed port, I would recommend that.
Question:	Is the keyboard backlit
Answer:	YES. The latest "improved" keyboard is actually backlit. The older model, was not. Make sure you're buying the "New and Improved" version of the keyboard. Every single key, lights up very bright, unlike non backlit keyboards out there, that only have lights sporadically placed throughout the board.
