Question:	can you connect this keyboard to a chromebook
Answer:	It is possible to do that, but remember that some keys on the board have separate functions on a chromebook! For example, Caps Lock is Search.
Question:	If you had a choice between the G810 or the G610 which would you go with? Are the keys really different
Answer:	I personally would go for the cheapest one I could get. I have no idea what the G810 keys are like. In the G610 they are the same normal keys except that the symbol that shows when you use shift and key is located below the regular symbol. This is the opposite from the standard keyboards I have used.
Question:	Are the key letters and numbers laser etched? That's what I'm looking for
Answer:	Not sure how they are cut, but the black plastic key has the letter/number cut out and an inner liner is molded into the opening and is translucent to the light from a source below the key. By very lightly rubbing the surface of the key, you can barely feel the margins of the black key and the inner white lining. The black key "shell" is about 0.5mm thick and the white liner with the embossed letter/number that fills the cut black shell (rising up from the bottom) also is about 0.5mm, making the entire key shell about 1.0mm thick.
Question:	Can you change the color
Answer:	You would have to solder each switch out to change color. So no you would not want to do that.

Question:	The keys are raised. Could I detach a key by accident (like a bad touch or dropping the keyboard) or are the keys firmly locked in place
Answer:	The downside is the stems are thin and can break My k556 came with a broken stem, but it was super easy to replace the switch! the fun part is either getting the stem out of the key or pushing it far enough in (what I did) that it goes on the new switch! Great keyboard, even stems on cherrys are thin, and these actually have a reinforced stem from the outer ring, so it was just manhandled in shipping. But I mean I dont move my board enough to drop it so im not worried!!!
Question:	Is the cord braided or plastic on the k551 vara
Answer:	On the K551-R (purchased on Dec. 11, 2016) it is NOT braided, but rather a smooth and very pliable material (like rubber). Fortunately, unlike many cheap plastic keyboard cords it is not so prone to kinking (indeed, the kinks from the coiled/folded cable -- as shipped -- immediately worked themselves out). I am not too worried the cord will snag on things.
Question:	Does this keyboard have nkro? (n-key rollover
Answer:	In the description it says "100% anti-ghosting and conflict-free keys." So I'm not for sure if that's the same thing. I have the keyboard and as far as I can tell none of the keys interrupt eachother
Question:	Are the keys loud? Are they easy to press? The keyboard i have right now you have to push the key all the way down which makes typing fast annoying
Answer:	The description says these now come with Cherry Mx Red Clone switches. If that is true, they are very light, non-tactile switches, so they should be low noise, easy to press keys. I have an older red backlight only version, and mine came with cherry mx blue clones, which are rather clicky. As others pointed out, rubber o-rings make the keyboard more silent. I actually have 2 o-rings per key. Keys make 2 sound: If the switch is clicky, there is an audible click at the top of the keypress. Then as the key bottoms out, it makes s a "thock" sound. The o-rings help with the latter. the 2 sounds are close together, hard to tell them apart unless you press the key slowly. This keyboard has a heavy, metallic base, which also contributes its own "ringy" echo sound.

Also, you can set the backlit by software. that would be easier.

Answer:	Yes it does, great keyboard. Using it with a 13" 2014 MacBook Pro. Installed the Razer Synapse software with no problems.
Question:	Does this keyboard have on-board memory to store the color profiles if attached to a device without the razer software installed on it, such as a XIM
Answer:	Yes and no. It has some presets (such as the rainbow wave, the color breathing, twilight, ripple, etc) that you can set and then use it on another system that does not have Razor's software on it (even the XIM4). But it will not remember any of the custom settings you apply. For example, you can customize how fast the colors change or what colors show up, but those customizations will only show on the system that is running Razor's software...on all other systems, it will only show the default settings of whatever preset you were last using.

Answer:	Depends on what kind of blackwidow you have. Ornata is quieter than tactile, but I think silent blackwidow is quite than ornata

Answer:	No. The colors of each row of keys on this model are preset and can't be changed. However, some other AUKEY keyboards offer the single-color backlighting you want.

Question:	Please someone give me some details about the Reddragon K552 KUMARA mechanical keyboard, build / feel / overall performance? thanks
Answer:	It's sturdy AF and kinda heavy so it doesn't slide around your desk. I've had mine for several months now and haven't noticed any issues. It is very satisfying to type on. I really enjoy the clicky blue switches. I play all sorts of games including FPSs and unlike the other person who answered it doesn't bother me at all to play games on this awesome KB. I've been told by coworkers that I'm NOT light/gentle on my keyboard but I also type hella fast. If you type fast and aren't light on the fingers this KB will create a noticeable din. The RGB is well lit and I had fun playing with all the light features including the one memory slot to completely customize every single keycap's light. You cannot custom animate the light for each key but the pre-installed options available seem plenty since you can cycle through all the colors including one option for all the colors and this works well on all the different animations. For example, there's a matrix style 'rain' animation which you could keep as classic green or the other several colors available, OR you can go all colors in which case you'll see the rain animation but each drop is changing color as it moves down the keys and the lingering/fading trails are also going through RGB.

Question:	Is this one of those keyboards that has the really satisfying clicking when you type? I felt one at best buy and I loved it
Answer:	There are 2 distinct aspects to this: There is an audible click like the Cherry Blue-s or their clones. Depending on the switch used. the keyboard and the keycap, this may start out really pleasing, or you ( or your frields at the next desk) may get tired of it. Then there is a tactile bump. Most people like this. The sound itself has 2 components: The click, which is high pitched, and the "tock" as the key is hitting the keybed. This is a flat, unpleasant sound to most. The click and the tock combine into a single noise as you hit the key(s) typically pretty fast. So you end up with a "Thck" sound. After a while, some people who like the Cherry blue type clicky keyboards end up wanting something tactile, but a bit quieter. I found through experimentation, that I can eliminate the 2nd component, the bottom-out "tock" by adding o-rings to the keycap stems. Either a 0.4mm. or double 0.2mm rings. This brings the Cherry blue sound into a more civilized and pleasant realm. This is where I am at, Tried some quiet tactile switches , e.g. Halo Clear-s , and those are not tactile enough for me. I modeified a couple of keybpards ) A coolermaster 10kless that came with genuine cherry blues, and the K552 ( which came with the Outemu blue Cherry mx blue clones. Added the o-rings, and the result is quite satisfying. Still clicky, but overall more quiet and pleasant sounding. The Captain O-ring 0.4mm blue o-rings qoeked well for me. Talking abuot sounds, the K552 ( and also its full size brother, the K551) adds a metallic ringing echo to the key sound.

Answer:	K580 comes with OUTEMU Blue Switches that respond fast and have a nice clicky sound. Answer:	Did you mean its upper closer colour? It is metalic-grey, not silver. If you want to get a silver colour, G413 Silver is the alternative option.
Question:	why are two usb connections required? I have a laptop with a secondary screen
Answer:	All I can figue is that they don't want to spend the $5 to integrate a USB hub into the keyboard. Because if you plug both the cables coming from the keyboard into an unpowered hub and then plug the single cable from the hub into your computer, everything works fine. The only thing I can imagine is that the power draw might require more than USB 2.0 can deliver and they don't want to require a USB 3.0 port to plug their keyboard in. However, the fact that keyboards with illumination and USB passthrough exist, and work on USB 2.0, such as the Logitech G19, pretty much destroy my argument for any valid reason for two cables other than simply being cheap and cutting corners.
