Answer:	If you got an email confirmation/thank-you from Amazon follow the redemption link found in that email. You'll have to sign into Xbox live to redeem it then. Just make sure you have your Xbox set up as your home Xbox (you do that in the settings menu on your Xbox One) & it will then automatically begin downloading when you sign into your Xbox (unless your Xbox is not set up to a network yet). The download will take a while (took 8 hours for me). My Xbox shut off automatically before the download even finished but it resumed when I turned it on again. Runs great though, just be patient with the install.

Answer:	Here's my hunch:1. Microsoft doesn't want any online codes being sold for much cheaper than they're selling them, so they maintain pretty strict control over the price (i.e. it's the same everywhere).2. When retailers sell the physical cards, they typically sell it for the card face value. Since they have inventory and distribution costs for this and still want to make a profit off of the sales, Microsoft still has to sell the cards to retailers at a lower price, say $20 less.3. Amazon or its vendors get a similar deal as brick-and-mortar retailers on these cards, but they have lower costs than brick-and-mortar stores. So they can afford to sell these cards at a lower price than face value, and it ends up being lower price than the online codes.The economic incentives are all wrong here, and sadly until Microsoft and other vendors properly take this into account, there will continue to be wasteful distribution of physical cards when selling an electronic code is better for everyone.

Answer:	It does NOT work, I entered the code and I got a message saying contact seller, this item was purchased in a different region. Which means, this is a scam, or at the very least, buyer beware. It also means XBOX does have provision for regional purchases, so it will NOT work anywhere. All writing on the back of the "physical" card is not english, I believe these are made in Brazil. Dont understand why MIcrosoft does not allow universal usage, at least for membership cards. It really gives customers the feeling that they have been scammed by the merchant, scammed by microsoft, and scammed by Scamazon..... guess its time to switch to PC.

Answer:	If you put in more then one code it will increase the time left that you have... i.e. if your time expires on July 1st and you put in a 3 month card the new time will be Oct 1st and the same day put in a year card then the new time will be Oct 1st of the next year
