Over the course of 6 months, I've likely spent well over 30 hours speaking to customer service after having my account locked for purchasing a gift card This often occurred back to back (up to 3 or 4x daily) immediately after unlocking my account, verifying my identity and payment details, and being told I was clear to order. No one you're going to reach on the phone is going to help you, all they'll do is lie to you about fixing it. If you already ordered just save your breath |
