Answer:	It depends on what chip is used in those cards. It only work on the 13.56Mhz contactless cards. From what I have found on the web, CAC cards are contact cards that have to be inserted into a reader to be read.
Question:	Can it write on ntag215 nfc chips
Answer:	Yes it should. It works with Type 2 tags. I have an NTAG216 and it works great, so I would suspect this would do the same.

Answer:	They could do a better job explaining the size chart for sure. If it helps, I am 5'8" tall, weigh 180 lbs, have a 32" waist and 32" inseam and I ordered these in a Medium. They are a little tight in the waist, but I think a Large would have been too long for me. Hope that helps.

Answer:	Though they are slightly thicker than most compression pants that I have purchased, I would have to say, no they are not good for winter. They definitely spring or cool summer pants.

Answer:	These are thin tights I use for cycling. Wear bike shorts over them. Work very well from 46 degrees to 60 degrees.
