Q1 : Bluetooth connection not working:

Reason 1: The controller is out of power.

Solving:

1. Find the "Controllers" on the main interface and press A to enter.

2. If the battery of the controller is full, it can be used normally.

3. If the battery of the controller is low, it is easy to lose the connection even if the connection is connected or not connected at all. Solution: Charge the controller fully.

Reason 2: The Bluetooth's matching interface is full

Solution:

1. Find "Controllers" on the main interface and click "Search controller".

2. If the matching interface is full, press B to return to the main interface.

Question:	I lost the instruction manual for this controller and I can't find anywhere online to how sync this. How do I sync it
Answer:	On the switch, go to the control option, click on change grips or something like that ( it’s the first option at the top) once there, hold the home button on the controller for about 8 seconds. This should make the controllers lights blink really fast. Then press L1+R1.
Question:	With a full charge and within 10 feet of the Switch, the controller will suddenly drop connection for 20-30 seconds then reconnect. Is there a fix
Answer:	I had this same issue when I first got it. I was worried I had purchased a defect controller! But all I did was install the most recent update for the Switch (had accidentally been in airplane mode for months), restart, and it started working perfectly. Try that!

Answer:	First time pairing them... Go to the control option in the switch menu, hold down the home button the 4 lights will start to blink, keep holding the button until they start blinking twice as fast, then press the top front L/R buttons.
