Answer: Its a usb rechargeable wireless speaker/mic box. It has two switches on the bottom based on if you left handed or right handed to activate mic by squeezing. So your muted unless you squeeze, which i forget to do a lot when your fighting someone.

Answer: I believe the speaker is used for communicating like you would with a headset. So it should just be a plug and play. If you are online with friends and you join a party to chat with them, this is what you can use to communicate with them.

Answer: Out of the box, yes, you hear game sounds coming out of it. But I followed the enclosed instructions on how to change the chat settings on the xbox and now it's a speaker/mic for voice chat only. That was in the first 5 min of use so I'll have to revisit things to check but now that you mention it, looks like it can be used either way. As a speaker phone for chat it works incredibly well! Think walkie talkie, but with crystal clarity.

Answer: This is for the original vita system. You have to place the system in the grips at an angle. Where the top buttons are on the vita, they go in first at a downward angle, then the rest of the system snaps right in.
Question: Will the grips still fit on the vita if it has a case on it? I have the eForCity snap on crystal case
Answer: I don't have the eForCity crystal case, but looking at the pictures and thickness of it, I'm about 99% certain it wouldn't fit. The PDP trigger grip already fits very snugly. The Vita snaps in and pops out and doesn't have any room to move. The frame for the grips is hard plastic, so it really won't stretch.

Answer: This case was designed specifically for the original PSVITA... I doubt that the slim model would actually fit the case properly. If the question was directed more towards whether the case is compact itself, I do not find it bulky. In fact it may be the single most comfortable and well fitted PSP case I have ever owned on any model.

Answer: EXact thickness havent measured. But it fits the Nintendo switch and the game cartridges. Do not expect to fit an extra controller and accesories in there without making pressure to the screen of the nintendo
