Answer:	It depends on what kind of case you have, I guess. I have a case that protects from scratching more than anything else and it sits fine. If you have a thicker case, it may not sit on the little shelf and if the case makes it too much heavier, it may not stay standing up. However, I am just guessing on that, like I said, my case is just sort of a protective "skin" sort of case. Hope this helps....... :)
