Steel series has a pure balanced sound signiture and it does it well. K have had a wide range of high end headphones. Low end. I got these cause I'm tight on money rn so these are a high quality low price replacement for my Polk audio strikers zx's which lasted me years and to this day are still the nicest sounding headphones I've used. Answer:	If you want to use this on an Xbox One wirelessly, YOU MUST GET THE XBOX ONE VERSION. According to the support documents, the Xbox One version has a tiny switch on the adapter. When you want to plug it into the Xbox, you switch it to "Xbox". Switch, PS4, etc., all work when the adapter is set to "USB". However, the Arctis 1 headsets that are not labeled Xbox do not have that switch and therefore cannot be used with the Xbox.

Right click the speaker in software to access the real features. Terrible design but great function.

Answer:	The microphone may not match your equipment, or you may have a setting problem in your equipment setup. Microphones on headsets (or in any use) must match the type of microphone equipment was designed for. The basic types are dynamic (low impedance) , piezoelectric like crystal (high impedance), and electret (very high impedance). Of these, the various microphones might have internal amplifiers requiring external power. When I tried to ask a simple basic question of what type of microphone this headset has and if it required external power, they just sent useless links. In all of those links, it never says what type of microphone is on the headset.

Answer:	Suleyman A, While HyperX Cloud Earbuds are intended for use on game consoles, smartphones and tablets, they should work fine on PC with a single headphone/mic combo 3.5mm auxiliary jack. Please note that Cloud Earbuds does not feature volume controls or mic mute option. Use host device audio settings to adjust sound levels. In some cases it may be necessary to manually disable host device built-in mic to use Cloud Earbuds inline mic. An additional splitter cable (sold separately) will be required to connect Cloud Earbuds to most desktop PC separate audio output and mic input jacks. Thank you.

Answer:	Each ceiling fan light is controlled by a separate remote control. Two ceiling fan lights cannot be controlled by one remote control.
Question:	Is the microphone bendy or straight
Answer:	Does the "hot wires" you mean refer to the live wire in the wires? If yes, the ceiling fan has only one live wire, one neutral wire and one ground wire. Only needs to connect one live wire and one neutral wire to complete the installation.
