Steel series has a pure balanced sound signiture and it does it well. K have had a wide range of high end headphones. Low end. Pure signature, bass boosted, sculpted, so on and I very much enjoy these. I got these cause I'm tight on money rn so these are a high quality low price replacement for my Polk audio strikers zx's which lasted me years and to this day are still the nicest sounding headphones I've used. These are close behind that though and the polls were 170$ new. These are 60. It's a great deal and considering the surpioror mic quality and comfort. Yeet. Answer:	If you want to use this on an Xbox One wirelessly, YOU MUST GET THE XBOX ONE VERSION. According to the support documents, the Xbox One version has a tiny switch on the adapter. When you want to plug it into the Xbox, you switch it to "Xbox". Switch, PS4, etc., all work when the adapter is set to "USB". However, the Arctis 1 headsets that are not labeled Xbox do not have that switch and therefore cannot be used with the Xbox.

Question:	If i were to put the bluetooth usb in my ps4 and run an aux cord to my pc, could I hear my party chat aswell as speak to them, while hearing pc audio
Answer:	Jesse, HyperX Cloud Flight headset based on RF (Radio Frequency) wireless connectivity, not bluetooth technology. Cloud Flight can only connect to one host device at a time. Either attach Flight USB wireless adapter to PS4 to use headset on game console, or move USB adapter to PC to listen PC audio. Cloud Flight does not work with USB adapter connected to PS4 and separate PC auxiliary cord attached to the headset.
Question:	Does this headest work for xbox one
Answer:	Sorry but Kingston is wrong about the Flights working on the Xbox One. You can use the included 3.5mm cable and ug into your controller or headset adapter . You do lose chat functionality and control 9f the volume wheel however. Or you can do what I did and have full chat on the Xbox One. I used the V-Moda Boompro microphone and plugged that into where the 3.5mm cable goes. Now I have crystal clear chat and full use of the Flights on my Xbox One. Also the headset is much louder than when it is used wirelessly.

Answer:	I would not recommend this headset for travel despite how sturdy they might seem because it requires the dongle for use. If you have to transport it a great distance and you don't intend to use it during that time, I would store it securely.

Question:	Is the volume louder than the stingers
Answer:	Yes, the USB connector is all that is needed to connect the headset to the PC. You attach the headset to to the USB dongle with the 3.5mm jack, and then the dongle to the PC via USB. This allows you to use the built in sound card and 7.1 surround when connected to the PC. The 3.5mm jack is mainly meant to be used when using the headset with a mobile device or with the PS4. I came from the Turtle Beach x12 headset where I needed a USB port, AND audio/mic jack. But with the HyperX Could II, you only need the USB port.
Question:	Are these like the cloud alphas
Answer:	Hi Noël,The Cloud II comes with basically all the same accessories except for a few differences. As the Cloud II has a single 3.5mm connector, the 1 meter extension cable is for the single 3.5mm connector and there is no Y-cable included for mobile devices since it is not needed. And the Cloud II like the original Cloud comes with interchangeable leatherette and velour ear pads.
