Answer:	I think they use same keycaps, but somebody gives the opinion that O-ring causes 710+'s breakage. So nobody knows why.

Answer:	If you have the Logitech G710 Blue, that clicking sound and the feel of the keys actuating is normal for your keyboard. It comes from the mechanical keyswitches that are a strong selling point for most "gaming" keyboards, such as the G710. Although mine, a Logitech G710+, isn't used for games, its Cherry MX keys have an enjoyably precise feel. Mechanical keyswitches are substantially different from the rubber dome-covered switches under the keys in lower-cost keyboards. There are several keyswitches in Cherry's best-known MX series. Each has a distinctive sound and feel (read http://www.pcworld.com/article/242037/mechanical_keyboard_faq_pick_the_right_switch.html ). Cherry characterizes their keyswitches as Linear, Soft Tactile, and Click Tactile. The Logitech G710 Blue uses Cherry MX Blue keyswitches, which are Click Tactile. When the keyswitch activates, it produces an audible click and a distinct switch feel, hence "click tactile". After researching mechanical keyswitches, my keyboard choice was a Logitech G710+, which uses Cherry's MX Brown, one of their Soft Tactile keyswitches. When pressed, switch activation is clearly felt, but there is no audible activation click. The primary sounds heard are the keycaps on the switches and the switches bottoming out when I type hard, thus the Cherry MX Brown-equipped keyboard sound depends to a significant degree on the typist - a light touch-typing style is quieter. If even more silence is wanted, consider a keyboard using either the Cherry MX Black or Red keyswitches, both are Linear (no actuation sound and smooth travel); the Black features 60 cN force while the Red is 45 cN. Linear keyswitches, with their smooth, silent travel, are usually considered tops for gaming but are not popular for general keyboard typing and therefore more difficult to find. Answer:	You will probably drill out the peg holding the leg to the table. It would be a cool approach if worked. PS. There are solid drill extensions available that may have a greater chance of success.. I though would see the torque and rotation as being destructive to any leg less than 3" diameter..

Answer:	No idea what a nail will do to the path, I make sure as best I can not to hit one. Other boring bits dulled instantly when I hit a large nail where the path cannot be changed

Answer:	On the 9/16 diameter bit, the shank is round but there are 3 flats on the end that goes in the drill chuck to prevent slippage.
