Question:	Is it possible to customize the artwork with your own image
Answer:	Yes. There actually is no need to remove the stock artwork. You can purchase a professionaly cut, custom piece of plexi on which you may place artwork of the proper thickness underneath (the plexi screws on). I found this out after much reaearch. I did not want to remove the beautiful noir stock artwork! Please see the photo in my review of this fightstick. The stock art is directly under my custom art, and there ia not way of knowing unless you took it apart. I also included in my review two remarkable people (and thier respective company's web address) that 1) made the plexi for me and 2) made the artwork, from concept to finished product, with me.

Answer:	It uses an 8 way square gate, and yes you can modify. A 4 way square only goes in 4 directions and is ideal for Pac Man, not fighting games like this is made for.

Answer:	Yes. The plexi will be useless upon its removal with the faceplate. Focusattack makes custom faceplates and will print any design you send them for a small fee.

Answer:	If you mean in playability, for me personally, then yes, it's been a big improvement because I really prefer joystick to pad for fighting games. The quality of the stick itself and the buttons are really nice... It feels is like the real arcade stick and buttons. The only complaint I have is that this is a wired connection and you need an adapter(usb to usb-c) to use the stick with the Switch directly because it's meant to be connected to the dock. That's why I also pre-ordered the other stick because that one has bluetooth but I'm sure the build quality of it is not as good as this one.
Question:	How easy is this to mod (i.e. replace the ball-top with a bat-top
Answer:	Bat-tops would need an adapter, since the thread sizes don't usually match. Sites like focus attack tend to supply you with one when you buy bat-tops. Other ball-tops should screw right on. Japanese style buttons and levers should be easily dropped in, but some levers might have trouble fitting depending on where the cable connector is located.
Question:	Does this only work on the nintendo switch? or can it also be used in other platforms? (like pc, or xbox
Answer:	Works fine on PC. You can use it on PC in either Switch mode with appropriate drivers, or in PC mode as a generic USB controller. (There is a toggle switch.) It will not work on the other consoles. They make separate versions for those. Any of the ones for any console will work fine on PC.

Answer:	Not by itself. It does work through a Cronusmax Plus. You need a Cronusmax Plus, a 4 port usb hub and a spare Dualshock 4. With a Wii to PS4 program on the Cronusmax, the Hori RAPV plugged into the first port of the USB hub and a DS4 plugged into the fourth port to be a clone, it works. I bought this arcade stick not expecting to be able to use it on PS4, but decided to give it a try with the Cronusmax I bought to use my Xbox One Elite controller on my PS4. The tricky bit is to make sure the DS4 isn't connected to your profile first. Hook everything up and then power on your PS4 and it should work.

Answer:	It comes with a square gate. If you want to change to an octagonal gate you either have to get a gate made for the hori joystick or modify a jlf gate. I don't have any problems with the square gate. You plug it in directly to the console.

Answer:	The sides are indented and have a little bit of a "lip". So they definitely have handles, but not handlebars. They're good for carrying, though not so secure I'd want to swing it around.

Answer:	Mine arrived today with an Octagonal plate. It did not come with instructions for installing said plate.

Answer:	Yes I just recently bought this and it's come with an extra octagonal plate if you wish to switch it out for the pre-installed square plate. Swapping out the plates was very easy and only took about 5 minutes to do, having never done it before.

Question:	Has anyone tried to use a full sanwa denshi stick with the stock pcb? (not just replacing the gate, but the whole setup)? madcatz stick didn't work
Answer:	Just get the Elite if you don't intend to stay stock. I like to say there is no such thing as a dumb question but this borderline on that since this particular company made a Sanwa Elite version just for that purpose.

Answer:	Yea it works fine with street fighter v. I'm running it on windows 10 now

Answer:	I just bought it and it works for galaga Miss Pac-Man and dig n dug .and of course it's excellent for samurai shodown in Street fighter. Just make sure you plug the controller a joystick into the machine first and then put in your PS4 or Xbox controller into the joystick itself and use the Xbox or PS4 controller to set up the game but play the game with the big joystick

Answer:	Mine came with a rectangular plate installed but it also came with an octagonal restrictor plate which I swapped in. A few screws and it was fixed.
