Answer:	It does hold the 3ds xl and 2ds I know because I have it for my 3ds xl black

Answer:	It can definitely hold the 3ds xl. Not sure if the hori case will fit. If it does it will be pretty snug. Sorry don't have one to try it out. If you buy from me I can ship tomorrow and if you aren't happy with it you can send it back for free

Answer:	Any game with sound as far as I am aware ALL games have sound. They are standard headphones. The mic works for the chat app for 3DS that should already be installed on the 3DS. Certain games use the mic as well. I've only got one game that uses it though. The Nintendo website can probably give you a list of games that utilize the mic.

Answer:	Well I use them mainly as headphones so they work for that, the mic works on my computer with them and I don't have any games this is compatable with, their is a Pokemon game they work with but I don't own it, I would assume these would work on the new system because that is what I own but to be honest I'm not 100% on that
