Then look next to the battery you will probably find that they came unplugged there at the terminal block.. plug them back in .

Answer:	You wouldn't want to increase it to 24 volts. You would want to wire another battery in parallel to increase the overall capacity. You would get double the run time but also would take twice as long to recharge. Doubling voltage would likely cause the motors and other electronics to overheat and burn up. In other words, don't do it!
