He uses his feet to push himself along and occasionally practices trying to pedal. The oldest of the grands that has this bike is 5 and fits perfect with the seat set the furthest back and she rides it around like a speed demon with plenty of room to extend her legs far enough to pedal. This is a great bike and totally worth every penny I spent on them. The seat position is very easy to adjust so I purchased the third one to keep at my house, grandmas, for when the grands are here on the weekends. On a scale of 1-5 I would definitely give this bike a 5 plus.

You would get double the run time but also would take twice as long to recharge. Doubling voltage would likely cause the motors and other electronics to overheat and burn up. In other words, don't do it!

Answer:	If you are asking if the charging cord can plug straight into the battery, the answer is no. The whole car needs to be plugged in.... But if you possess some electrical/rigging knowledge and skills, then charging the battery out of the car in possible (with at little tweakage). My husband riggs boats for a living and we have an extra battery; so, we take the battery out when it needs to charge and put the already charged one in. That way, our sometimes impatient 4yr old doesn't have to wait to get his drive on.
