Answer:	Yes but not with any detail or individual purpose, the feet are more or less fused together into a solid block for stability and are completely hidden by his robe.

Don't ever trust Facebook ads. Btw, the company who I sent a payment to was steadyera inc. I received a confirmation email from obianmall saying it was on the way. When I clicked "View your order" a 404 error page comes up. When I go onto their site, the toy doesn't exist. If you see these two sites, do not trust them! Such a waste of 40 bucks. I really hope they refund me.

Answer:	No, not really. It dries to the touch fairly quickly, but it remains soft and mess-up-able for several hours. I either paint mine in the evening a couple of hours before bed, then no socks to bed, or I paint them during the day and wear flip flops all day. Great polish, lasts well, no odor, but does not dry/set up quickly.
