Just note that this seems to be a common issue (that being the tops breaking) as when I ordered a replacement lid this past March 2014, they were out of stock of covers until about June 2014. They will take your name and email and send you a note when they come back into stock (but it's probably better to just call them again instead of getting lost in the shuffle). Great mug overall except for this as it does keep my coffee hot all day long. Good luck! |
