Answer:	About 8 to 10 inches at most. It is in a sitting position. To get the 13 inches you would have to grab it by the ears and pull it's legs. Ouch! Bears don't like that.It was a gift so I no longer have it to measure. Very cute. Most Gund products are very high quality.
