Answer: I really don't know. I use these for little stuffed animals that I make. They have the plastic shank with the back that goes on to keep the eyes from coming out, as a safety measure for kids. I just use whatever size I have for the stuffed animals, because it really doesn't matter for my purposes.

Answer: The eyes are not huge Lol I ordered these and only saw the 12 mm didn't even notice the person had put the dimensions of the bag :) They are smaller than a dime in diameter. think about the size of a skittle or m&m.

Answer: Excellent pliers, stainless requires less maintenance but requires some and by some I mean more than a rinse when used in saltwater. Rinse, dry and a light coat of lubrication occasionally and they won't disappoint.
Question: Does this bear come in a sealed bag
Answer: i dont think so but they won't take much abuse as they are stainless steel. I have Cuda needle nose with sprung jaws because they were used like a normal set of pliers. for fish hooks though they are fine.
