Question:	Is the Captain Calamari book supposed to have peek-a-boo/lift flaps? It says so on the packaging, but I don't see any flaps anywhere in the book
Answer:	No it does not have peek-a-boo flaps. There is a mirror on the last page for the baby/child to see themselves, but I never knew the packaging said it was supposed to.
Question:	The book I received was sent directly from China, and is of poor quality. Is there a way to ensure the product is authentic if purchase on Amazon
Answer:	Write in to customer service. I received a poor quality one, which I thought was fake and they sent a replacement. I compared the second one to those sold in stores, quality about the same. Even those in stores, colors are not bright, prints are not very clear.
Question:	I have this book but have not tried washing it yet. Has anyone tried, either by hand or machine? If you did, how did the book handle being washed
Answer:	It does say hand wash, but I've thrown them in the washer and dryer on occasion. I don't wash them too much, but an occasional toss in the wash has not been a problem to the book structure. I do have a basic lamaze book that has no words, only different inner textures like the crinkles a rattle and a squeeker. The squeeker has stopped squeeking. I don't know if that's due to washing or overuse. :) Still very usable book.
Question:	There is a choking hazard listed on this Peek a Boo Forest but I think it might be a mistake? Please advise
Answer:	I don't think anything about this book could present a choking hazard. The beak of the owl sticks out but is sewed on well and I can't imagine any infant or even toddler could pull it off. I have never been worried about my (now) 10 month old with this book.

Question:	My son is 16 months, he is tiny. 18-19 pounds. Should i get 18+ months or the smaller size
Answer:	It really depends on the size of his bicep. The larger size (Toddler) should stay on as long as his bicep is at least 5.5 inches around and will stretch to 9 inches (sleeve itself is ~7.25 inches and can be rolled down). And, if you dry them in a dryer they will shrink just a tiny bit for you. The sleeves are stretchy like socks so you can pull them over a sleeve if they need something to grab onto. The size down (M) starts at a bicep size 5 inches and are a couple inches shorter in sleeve length. Hope this helps!
Question:	are the sizes for these the same as the ones that were sold three years ago? I have one pair from my last baby but need a second pair for my 5 month
Answer:	Hi Sue! The XS is the same (0-3/mo). All of the other sizes on Amazon are slightly different and we recommend by bicep size. A 5 month old would likely fit in a small, or possibly a medium if they are a little fuller, and rolled down a bit like a sock. We do still sell the 3-12/mo size on our website in these styles Bailey, Finn and Newton so as not to confuse Amazon shoppers with current versions. Hope this helps!

Answer:	There is no reason why they could not be worn all day and night, unless it is warm where the child is, or the child is old enough to need to use his fingers for something. They would have the same affect as a sweater and mittens.

Answer:	I received 1 pack of very thin metallic covered paper plates. I don’t believe I received 100 plates but I did receive more than 8. But again, these are very thin & you have to double or triple them for use.
