It works really well for me when I froth milk for cappuccinos, you just can't put too much milk in it up front because when it froths it fills the cup. If you put too little milk and you're not careful, the steamer stem from the cappuccino machine will splatter milk everywhere. You have to make sure the tip is submerged.
