Answer:	I use it a part of my regiment for hair loss. I've been using it for 3 years. Answer:	It does have a fragrance. I have a very strong sense of smell and it doesn't bother me. My first use, I didn't dilute it. Since then, I've diluted it greatly and it still works as well and because I'm mixing it with other shampoos that have a stronger scent, it's barely noticeable. I don't use conditioner. This shampoo is not drying.

Answer:	After the first use. No exaggeration. I got my sister to wash my hair in the sink because I was so excited. I use to suffer from large (4mm) clumps of dandruff falling off my scalp onto my shirt daily and even immediately after washing my hair. However, after using this that immediately stopped. I washed my hair 7:30 pm. I went to sleep, woke up, straightened my hair, combed my hair, shook my hair, and absolutely nothing fell out. I could usually feel the raised parts of my scalp that the dandruff would come off from and those raised parts were no longer there. It's like a brilliant magic trick. This is the only shampoo I use because I am scared that when I stop, everything will go back to its old state and I'm no longer about that life. Question:	Is there a secret to opening the bottle pump? I was able to open the conditioner bottle but not the shampoo-tried hot water, tapping, even pliers
Answer:	You have to Remove, or Detach and lift, the pump tube Away from the bottle, wipe off the upper part of the gooey plastic pump body, grasp or gently use pliers to LOOSELY hold the tube (to stop it from spinning), and then while holding... rotate the pump nozzle counterclockwise until it releases and pops up. Then reassemble the pump onto the bottle. It could be easier, but it is what it is.

Answer:	Do NOT listen to "Fashion Spy," as the other person said, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with cleanliness. Just like females get yeast infections, which is obviously NOT a cleanliness issue, the head/scalps often have fungal infections. In fact, about 80% of people do carry on with scalp fungal infections, just some people don't experience any symptoms. It is very common, but it takes some time to get under control. That being said, I do not agree with person who said dry your scalp completely after showering. Ive been a medical professional for 20 yrs, drying your scalp immediately after showering, will absolutely make this worse. It speeds up the proliferation of additional cells, therefore accelerating the flaking or plaques buildup. Do not put heat to it. In fact. When u shower, and shampoo, use tepid, lukewarm water, not hot water. I have yet to find an anti-fungal shampoo that is effective enough to reverse my problem. A big problem with all these companies, is they include some form of alcohol, as one of the top main ingredients, and that is BAD for our situation. Answer:	You would need to do an actual apple cider rinse, which I do. First, I simmer some fresh rosemary in the cider vinegar (because it's not only a preservative, but is good for hair and scalp) and then I add about a cup of that to a half gallon of distilled water, which leaves absolutely no build up on hair. Since it's expensive, I rinse my hair fully with shower water first, then use the distilled water and vinegar mix as a final rinse and hair is full of shine. No more silicone based argan oil products needed for great shine!

Answer:	You won't notice a ginger smell at all. There's a very slight spicy smell as you use it, but the scent doesn't linger. I have an oily scalp and this is bar has worked the best for giving me light and fluffy hair. My advice is to lather the bar in your hands and apply the suds to your scalp with your fingertips rather than rubbing the bar directly on your head. I got MUCH better results that way.

Answer:	There are so many uninformed answers to this question. Coal tar is anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, anti-itch, anti-inflammatory. It’s used to treat psoriasis in humans. And yes, yeast is a fungus. It’s most likely that your dog with “yeast” problems has an overgrowth of Candida Albicans, and very probable that it’s an internal overgrowth that caused the skin affliction. I’m not speaking for the effectiveness of coal tar against Candida, but if topical treatment of your dog’s skin issue doesn’t respond to treatment or reoccurs after treatment, you should consider treating the problem internally. Also, if you’re feeding your dog dry food you may be perpetuating the problem. Dry food is rarely free of mold/mycotoxins.
