Answer:	Yes it does... I purchased this for the kitchen but really liked the way it looked in the living room. It also has a nice chime at each hour.

Answer:	Yes it chimes the hour (one chime for each hour i.e. twice for 2 threes times for 3 etc. It chmes once for each half hour.

Answer:	For kids from 3 to 6 years old or maybe older. My niece go with this toy everywhere and she is turning 5 next month.

Answer:	No it does not walk. It is very, very cute but small. I gave it to my 2 year old granddaughter and she loves walking around with it. You can put the dog in the pocketbook or other small items that they have to "go to the store" with. Cute gift!

Answer:	I gave this to my 5 year old granddaughter and one to her 3 year old sister. They loved it! They love that they can carry the little dog in the bag and put it on their doll stroller or bike. They also love to take it with in the car.

Answer:	The straps could be lengthened by adding some fabric but as they are, they would be pretty tight for a 2-3 year old if the adorable puppy was inside. Without the removable puppy, a close fight but possible for a 2 year old. The product is well-made, very cute.

Answer:	I have all three of these chirpies. The sound box inside must have batteries, but they are not able to be removed. There is no opening to get to the sound box. They squeaks last a long time, though - I har had them for two years so far. It's a great dog toy.
