Question: Does this have a rattle in the head
Answer: It does not! However their other ones that do have the rattles in the head, the rattle is very faint. We have this one and one from the company like that and it's so faint we have been able to send our little to bed with it and it's never woken her up.
Question: Can I attach a pacifier to this
Answer: No but they do make another soft pink bunny that does attach to a pacifier
