Question:	what is diameter of rim
Answer:	Hi- it doesn't say on the details, but my son had one for ages 1-4 and it fit a regular size basketball and it was the same brand. So I'm guessing it would.

Answer:	Turn it upside-down or backwards. That’s what happened to me. (I forced it in only to realize it was backwards.)

Answer:	I tightly wrapped some duct tape around the orange locking mechanism, forcing it to more securely lock into the desired groove. This is a weak point in the design, but at least this is a simple work around. Otherwise a very nice basketball hoop for young kids.

Answer:	Not sure what you mean by securing to the "pole" but the net goes on the tabs inside the hoop and then the tabs are folded over and snap securely around the loops of the net. I was a little confused at first too as the directions don't tell you this.

Answer:	I would contact the seller, to see if you can get sent a replacement, Amazon does sell this size ball, just not sure if in glow in the dark version, and might be cost effective to just buy a whole new setup

Answer:	It is somewhat easy to assemble, however, the net is difficult to figure out since the top and bottom are indistinguishable. The directions specify to make sure the top hooks on to the rim and not the bottom. My net unraveled so it was pointless.
