Question:	How do I contact the manufacturer? I just received our sandbox and the scalloped edges of the canopy are all frayed
Answer:	I leveled the ground, but didn't dig a hole. I put down landscape cloth that extended about 6 inches further than the sandbox on each side. A few strands of Bermuda grass have managed to punch through and grow through the sand.I didn't treat or seal the wood in any way. It's three years later, and the wood is no longer that golden honey color. It has a faded and weathered look, but it is still as solid as the day I put it in.I just bought some new sand yesterday for the first time since I installed it. Home Depot has 50 bags on sale for $2.50, a great deal.
Question:	About how many kids around the age of 4 years old can sit in the box with play trucks
Answer:	We think it is just held in place by the sand. You do not need a waterproof cover, unless you don't want the sand to get wet. The water seeps through the liner as it has holes in it for that purpose. Slightly damp sand is easier to work with. Our mesh cover only lasted a year or too, though, because chipmunks or something else ate through it. We really liked the mesh cover. It was easy to cover the sandbox and secure with the Velcro straps. We eventually came up with a makeshift cover that happens to be waterproof, but we keep having to dump water off it when it rains.

Answer:	Depending on the size of the trucks and children. I only have one 3yr old grandson and he likes lots of trucks. I would say two if they are sitting on the benches. If they are outside then four each in the corner.

Question:	Does the canopy tilt to help block the sun throughout the day
Answer:	The cover never got put up because the wood was cheap and the holes for the screws didn't line up. The seats wouldn't even line up because they weren't measured right and were uneven. I should have paid attention to the others reviews but instead I took a chance. If I was you I would not purchase this sand box.
Question:	How much sand does it take to fill it
Answer:	I never made it that far because the sandbox was so horrible we were never able really use it. My son is trying to saw down uneven parts and Redhill holes to make them line up. He might as well build his own at this point.
Question:	Is this product good quality wood
Answer:	The canopy came with it when I bought it.
Question:	What type of bottom is there to the sandbox
Answer:	The bottom of the box is open to allow for drainage. A large piece of mesh material ( similar to landscape cloth) is provided to go under the sandbox. Prevents weeds from growing through.
