Question:	why doesn't the canopy stay up
Answer:	The lock where the canopy meets the float doesn’t hold. You are suppose to pull the canopy a little to lock it in place. Even when we would feel the lock, it would fall back with the tension of the back strap.

Answer:	It really depends on how much up keep you do. When I stay on top of everything, they can last up to 10-14 days. That's with backwashing it every other day or so. But that's about as long as any of these pool filters I've tried.

Answer:	If you put it on the ground make sure you lay it on a towel because it may puncture it. I laid mine on our pool deck to lay out in the sun and I got a small hole in it. It comes with clear patches so I had to use one to repair the hole. The raft is very comfortable but it has open holes in it where the water comes up through when you lay in the water. The material is much cooler than plastic so it does not get hot like a plastic raft would.

Answer:	I would not suggest buying this. The strap broke after only using it twice!

Answer:	There are two air chambers that you have to blow up separately. You can fill one, or both, depending on how much buoyancy you need. The actual air tube is not a heavy-duty rubber inner tube like I thought it would be. It does not require an air compressor to inflate. It is similar to the very cheap, little inner tubes you can buy at any super store.
Question:	What weight range does this work for
Answer:	It says 2-4 years, and my child is 2. Didn’t work well.
Question:	is this the kind with a rubber tube inside
Answer:	Yes, but not the heavy duty kind of rubber tube. It’s the kind you blow up with your mouth. When I was a kid we had one of these that you had to blow up with a bicycle pump, and it worked great. This one loses air so easily, and the flotation is pretty terrible. Do not recommend.

Answer:	For that size filter the Pleatco part number is PWW10PAIR. This is for a set of 2 filters.

Answer:	It depends upon which filter assembly is provided with your pool, not the pool model itself. These are Type D filters (which do, incidentally, go on my PolyGroup Summer Waves 12' diameter pool). If you are unsure if you need Type D or not, check the dimensions. The dimensions of these filters are: diameter 4.25", hole diameter 2", height 3 7/8".
