Question:	Can I choose not to install the basketball board
Answer:	I don't have an alternative for you, however wanted to say that I have black leather seats in a black car and I live in a city where it reaches 110 degrees easy in the summer. I have had this seat cover for over a year and have removed it several times and never had any issues with it melting to the seats. Its worked wonders and I have one in every car for every car seat.

Answer:	None on our leather seats. We've had 1 of them for a year and a half and it hasn't left a mark. It's strong and durable and protects well. It's not made of a material that would leave marks.
