Answer:	No. You insert the poles through an opening at the sides of the tent and on top of of the tent you tie the poles with a ribbon that is already attached to it. It is really a good tent. It is easy to assemble. I would say it's the best tent for its price!
Question:	Is this tent easy to assemble and disassemble? I had one of the fire engine tents that folds, poor quality. I don't have anywhere to leave it up
Answer:	I found this tent fairly easy to assemble & disasseble (and that's me doing it by myself). 'Took me about 10 to 12 minutes to assemble.

Answer:	If you are using LED's, Lumens is what you are after. People keep using wattage as a term regarding the use of LED's. I have two LED worklights that say 19 watts, but they put out 1500 lumens and 5500 color a piece, and they will blind ur eyes. One stays white, and the other has blue plastic taped to the light while they are in veg. As soon as the flowering starts, I have a red piece of plastic that will be replacing the blue.

Question:	Will this fit a queen size air mattress
Answer:	While I have used this tent with a queen sized air mattress, it didn't really work. You cant zip the door shut along the bottom, and it takes up all of the floor space. If you are fine with that, then go for it.

Answer:	Yes, it is. Actually I didn't have problem during TSA and I traveled with this tent under my seat.
Question:	Which measurement is width across the front? Need to know if it will fit inside truck bed
Answer:	A full sized American pickup truck, GMC Chevy, Dodge Ram, and Ford/Lincoln all have 48" between the wheel wells. A long bed, or full size bed, will measure 4' between the wheel wells X 8' in length. If you have the luxury of driving a truck right up to where you're setting up camp: sleep in the truck. Sleep in the cab. Get a camper shell. Get a tonneau cover, and sleep under the tonneau. Use the stake pockets on your bed rails, and improvise shelter with a tarp. Do I need to point out that since you have the luxury of a truck, by all means do not sleep on the ground?

Question:	Can I store the smaller, 1lb propane tanks on my terrace porch, possibly in a box, overall? in cold winters and hot summers
Answer:	For maximum safety, my recommendation is to store propane containers in a weather protected location, such as garage or shed with some natural ventilation. Propane is a highly flammable liquified petroleum gas that vaporizes and expands many-fold very quickly if released to atmospheric pressure, and will form a highly explosive mixture if released in a confined space without outside ventilation. If then ignited by a small spark such as a light switch, the resulting explosion may be catastrophic. There are on-line photos of boats that have exploded from propane leaks in the confined space of a boat cabin with catastrophic results including death of occupants. The cabin top and sides have literally been blown to pieces in such cases. New, sealed bottles of 1 lb size are reasonably safe, but once opened or partly used it is best to store away from occupied spaces. Although the probability is low, the consequences of failure are unacceptable. 20 lb propane containers should never be stored indoors. Play it extra safe and store propane bottles in a garage or outdoor shed. BJG (PE, ichemical engineer, inactive, retired)
Question:	can i hook a large propane tank to his
Answer:	Yes, any size propane tank can be a source for it when plumbed correctly. The simplest way to go is using the F273704 hose directly off most tanks. That hose needs nothing else and goes direct from the tank to the heater. This model heater only accepts high pressure gas thru the "disposable tank" connection, so other hoses with that connection can be used as well as the "filter" F273699. The "filter" is to take out oils coming from most rubbers in hoses where the high pressure "squeezes" the oil out, but the 704 hose is made "oil-free" to avoid that issue. FYI I tried running this off a regulated low pressure source, but with it on "high" the glow was like "low" setting normally (showing a lack of gas coming thru). So if you have a low pressure source, the "Big Buddy" models have a connection point for such thru a quick disconnect using hoses like F271802 or F271803, but not this model (this one needs high pressure gas to get enough thru it's disposable tank port).
Question:	How long with the heater run on low with a propane small cannister
Answer:	Best guess is 4-5 hours on low. I sat in a hunting blind for 2.5 hours and the 1lb propane canister was about half empty.
Question:	Does anyone know or understand how is it this type of propane heater can be used indoors without causing carbon dioxide poisoning
Answer:	As soon as the weather gets cold, I put my Big Buddy Heater on a stand & use a Mr. Heater 12' hose with regulator running to a 20lb. tank in living room. I use the hose with the low pressure regulator on it & hook it up to the quick connect fitting. I have 2 20lb tanks in mint condition, and rotate them as needed. This will be my 7th winter using it. Old windows & doors let air in and I have a carbon monoxide alarm near by. Also use a leak detector to check all connections after hooking up a full tank. If it's really cold, I'll start it on high for a short time, then run it on medium & it keeps living & dining room warm. Cuts my oil bill down greatly.

Question:	Where can I buy the sticks
Answer:	I used balsa wood dowels at Lowe’s or craft store. In a pinch, dry cleaner hanger cardboard
Question:	Where do I place the bars
Answer:	The bars are placed on the bottom of the tent. There are two sleeves to slide the bars in and they keep the tent from collapsing. Slip them out when you want to collapse and store the tent.
Question:	Can this be machine washed if you remove all the sticks
Answer:	The car can be brushed off or cleaned with a damp cloth but I would not wash.
Question:	Can this fit a toddler mattress (same size as crib mattress)? There are no tents for toddler beds, so thought this might work
Answer:	A crib sized mattress won't fit but a standard sized pillow would.
