Answer:	It's fantastic! The design of it is user friendly, it's quick & easy to mash almost anything, and both the bowl & the masher are a strong, sturdy plastic that doesn't bend or warp, plus you can hand wash OR throw it in the dishwasher. We've had ours for 2 years now & it's still in great shape.

Answer:	Not really the coating on the wood came off after one wash. I wish it had said somewhere not dishwasher safe. I have other wood items I’ve washed many times in the dishwasher that have been totally fine.
