Question:	To shorten distance between ratchet and tree (about 5' now) can the strap with ratchet be wrapped around the tree multiple times
Answer:	I wouldn’t do that. You should be able to first loosen the ratchet and thread it down the strap so that it starts closer to the tree
Question:	What is the age for kids
Answer:	That depends on how involved you want to be. It takes a bit of strength and mechanical acumen to set the line up properly, so a young adult or parent may be required to set it up. After that, it's great for kids from about 7yrs +. You can set the line low to the ground to curb injury while they learn and adjust the height over time.
Question:	Why does it recomend against tricks? Would jumps cause the line to fail
Answer:	Wouldn't think so... no tricks yet fur boys even so they're only 100 lbs. My thought is probably for lawsuit reasons.
Question:	Could we use this between two clothes line posts or is that not thick enough
Answer:	I do not think clothes line post would be thick enough. Our line is attached to trees that are about a 24" in diameter. If it is just one or two of the smaller kids(

Question:	Can you use the training line as a 1 in slackline
Answer:	The 1" training line is designed specifically to be used as an overhand line. It should not be used as a slackline.

Answer:	Just put it up and hands covered in red dye! I think it was the thinner training line. I bought it last year but just put it up now, so don’t know if that been fixed.
Question:	Can you bounce on it like a trampoline almost
Answer:	Hi Jon, bouncing on the slackline is an advanced skill but if you can already do it or are hoping to work on it, this slackline is a great choice. The longer the distance between the two trees, the bouncier the line gets. The overhead training line will also bounce so you can use it to help with balance as you get better and better!

Many customers like to add a normal slackline beneath the hanging obstacle course line as an extra measure so kids can use that for balance whilst getting across the ninjaline. Answer:	A fence wouldn't hold it. It must have a super strong secure hold. The line has to be firm.
Question:	what is the webbing weight
Answer:	Hi Raul, the webbing specification is 75g/m for our 2 inch line. The recommended max weight is 150kg but the reality is the slackline can hold much more weight before breaking. Hope this helps!
Question:	The two trees we want to put this between are about 48' apart. Will this size slackline work with that width
Answer:	48ft will probably be too long for the 15m(49ft) slackline, this is because both ends of the line need to wrap around both trees. So you have to consider the diameter of the trees, I don't think 1ft is enough for two tree.For maximum length between trees, this depends on the diameter of the trees as mentioned so we would advise approx 40 to 43ft should be suitable in most cases...many thanks for enquiring

Question:	Is it 50' between the trees or included the loops around the trees
Answer:	It’s 50’ total. The length between trees would vary by tree circumference. Probably wouldn’t even wrap around the largest redwood. In practice, I’ve found the length to be very sufficient for everyday use. In fact, the trees I use are so skinny that I’ve thought about cutting my lines so I don’t have to conastantly deal with so much.

Do not let the video instructions fool you. It is a two or more person job and took hours. The paint also scraped off when we were putting them in and the no-paint places rust. We a tally returned ours be a use it was so hard to get in the ground and one hook kept coming out despite the hours it took to get it in the ground far enough.

Answer:	I don't think so. We have the line anchored to the ground and when someone is about 200 lbs plus the line has way to much slack. We tightened so hard that the stands have sunk into the ground about 2".

Answer:	We found that most adults and older kids don’t use the training line more than 2 times before they get the hang of it. Little kids 3-6 yrs old do benefit with the training line, or they can use the buddy system to assist with their balance. Lots of great videos on YouTube to teach you how!!

Answer:	Yes there are! There are a few videos online showing how you can setup a slackline without trees. The most common is setting posts into the ground (about 2ft will be above ground) and attaching the slackline to that

Answer:	They probably didn't pay attention when listing. My instructions say up to 220 lbs.

Answer:	Thanks for your question. Although the design and handling of slack lines and suspended obstacle parts can withstand these factors, we do not recommend that you set them aside under continued severe weather conditions, as this will shorten the life of the product. For example, wooden monkey bars may suffer after being exposed to heavy rain and snow. The sun will not be a problem at all. Therefore, we suggest that you should take down it in time after not using it for more than 1 ~ 2 weeks. The taken down procedure is very simple. Only need to take down the obstacle from the triangle clips first. Open the ratchet to easily pass the thread through the tree. And the next time you use it, just need to hang the ninja line again. Then hang the obstacle with the carabiner to solve the problem easily! Good storage and use can make the Ninja Kit accompany you for longer!

Answer:	Thanks for your question. Usually 2 to 2.5 meters above the ground. But it really depends on you, on the height of the child using it and how far you want to be from the ground. As your child becomes more experienced, you can always raise it higher and higher.

Step 1: Pull the ring to unlock the ratchet.

Step 2: Pull the webbing through the axle by hand and tighter the webbing as possible.

Answer:	I’d say yes as long as they are strong and cemented in the ground.
