Question:	How big is the set once set up
Answer:	Our set was installed in Aug. of 2012. It is now Mar. 2013 and the set went through a fairly snowy winter. No rust so far. Seems like a pretty durable set.
Question:	how tall is the ladder
Answer:	No, it only has the screw holes on one set of swingset poles and that hooks to the clubhouse and slide part. We accidently put the poles on the wrong side and had to start over. You could just turn the whole set around or you may be able to switch the poles to the other side and try it. The instructions and configuration are such that they should be followed exactly or it will be hard to get together.
Question:	What’s the deck height
Answer:	It basically took me all weekend (two days). I had several appointments and errands I had to run throughout the weekend that interrupted the work, and I also had help from a friend for about 3.5 hours. But it was mostly just me. Started Saturday morning, finished Sunday night. I'd guesstimate about 10ish man hours were spent on it.

Answer:	Probably half a regular sized apple. It is about two inches of cutting surface. Depends on what you are cutting for prep time. Roma tomatoes just slice and put in. My hands are weak so sometimes a bit hard.

Answer:	Hi Sequoia, Yes. I bought a clear 10 ml lamination to confirm. It didn't have paper but I was able to safely hole punch.

Question:	How long does it take to assemble
Answer:	I have just about every kind of paper punch system going. This will not work for comb binding. I suggest you look at some of the used office paper punch systems for comb and wire binding on sites that sell such items. I've bought both brand new and used and surprisingly been happy with both. But I also invested in the LARGE office size machines and have the room for these mamoth sized machines in my home computer office. I keep the one I use most a plastic ring paper punch out along side my favorite paper cutter and my husband I have to admitt uses both far more than do I. The comb and dual wire punch is in my closet which has built in drawers and thus a perfect deep shelf for it to sit and easily be pulled out to use. I prefer it but much of my work is gifted and when you are giving away upwards of 10-60 books or booklets or photo albums I find the plastic ring binder the most economical. I also have portable wire/comb ring punches which are great for going on the road or camping etc. The disk paper cutters are a complete different craft oriented punch. All the disk paper cutters leave a larger punched hole with a slit all the way to and through the edge of the paper. This allows one to add and remove pages in say a complicated day calender or keeper system or notes for classes etc. Because the slit lets you slide a sheet around the disc's enlarged ring area to the larger hole that keeps it held in place while in use and turning pages. The solid part of the disk helps keep your papers smooth while turning and helps keep the slit from tearing out but you still need to be careful and handle with care as to avoid tearing out the holes when inserting and especially removing a sheet. This cutter is for the disk style or disc style rings and comb's do not meet that standard. By the way we ran through our house and removed all our comb binders the first few weeks we had my new office sized punch and replaced with metal versions and so happy with that. I can testify the craft ones made by crocodile and another that starts with a Z are great for smaller projects on the go and in the field. You might look to those as they fit most comb but often shorter than your full sized comb sheets or you have to fiddle and move it on down a full size or larger sheet being careful to match the right length of holes up to accomplish that. But there are lots of smaller not as big as office sized comb punches similar to the cheaper press down three ring hole punches for classic note book 3 ring binders. Hope this makes sense to a degree I know by now you have found your binders or sorted out what you are looking for as your question is over 4 years old. But others might be interested in the assist if not too confusing. There are just so many binding styles and punches out there these days it isn't an easy one size fits all answer. But combs though very cheap are just that...I hated them as offices often used through the 80's and 90's and refused to update to the better versions because they were cheap. But I had to take notes and use my books in the field and the heat in summer just sitting in a car would open up and not keep my pages safe and secure. It was a constant battle. When I retired I loved making stuff for friends and made photo albums for family too and next thing I knew I was expanding into all kinds of binding options and world. I do not do nearly as much as I once did but still enjoy having the options at hand when I am dreaming up a project and choosing the best binding choice for it. I think a source for good information might be your local kinko's type printing office and also look about for craft paper selling businesses that might run and sell classes they can often help you sort it all out. My office sized comb machine has an added feature that allows you to remove the old comb to be replaced with new or wire instead. PS a note of help I usually buy clear plastic coil as it goes and blends with everything and allowed more sizes.

Question:	What's the maximum weight for top portion
Answer:	It is workable, but the key determinant is whether they can support a min 2200lbs force. Some of our customer cement several 6x6 poles to the ground, FIRMLY, and it works successfully. You can also use pillars or bars which can hold a minimum force of 2200 pounds. Thanks !
Question:	Anyone stained this out of the box before assembly? I would like to add color/more waterproofing. Does the factory coating repel the stain
Answer:	Our telescope was slightly cracked and the our slide had very small bump in it after the installation. If you contact the company they will immediately get you new pieces to replace it. They have amazing costumer service! They have been so easy to work with and have really gone over the top to make us happy. I couldn't say enough good about them.

Answer:	It can be as the new hardware rubs against the wood but will not continue. If you haven't already go back and make sure all hardware is tight as when you assembled it you had to leave some areas loose to get it lined up.

Answer:	The anchor system is for the stability of children playing on the set. Should you feel you need anchored for weather than we recommend you go to your local hardware store and see what they recommend for your area.

Answer:	Description says 4 foot deck height ... sounds about right. That said, I'd stay away from this set. It's pretty cheaply made - the door of our fort fell off after a month of use, and the wood is chipping all over the place.
