Answer:	Chains come with this one so I'm unsure of the question. I did NOT re-use the same hardware to attach this glider to my swingset and purchased glider brackets to hang this glider from. The safety was worth the additional cost for the brackets.

Question:	Does the frame come in one box and then the swing in another box? - I've only gotten one large heavy box so far
Answer:	Yes, all you need is swing hangers, but make sure they can handle the load. The glider weighs roughly 21 lbs and it's capacity is 150 lbs, so as long as your swing hangers are rated for 175 or above you should be fine. Standard Swing-N-Slide hangers are rated for 115 lbs so they are not suitable for this application. Extra-Duty Swing-N-Slide hangers are rated for 250 lbs so these would be safe to use.
Question:	Are you going to release a frame with a rectangular shaped swing
Answer:	We had hardware from a previous glider that worked, but you can purchase hardware to mount it pretty cheap (reasonable!) at Menards if you don't have a piece already on your set.

Answer:	Yes. I chose which side I wanted it to be on. You just have to make sure that you turn the bar to where the slide is towards the end of the bar so there’s no space between the slide and one of the A-frame legs so kids can’t get caught between those two and get injured.
Question:	On the version without the trampoline - can the roman glider be replaced with a 3rd swing

Answer:	I remember reading that the weight limits were 100 lbs per child and 700 lbs total for the set. I did see my adult nephew lying on the saucer and he must weigh about 170lbs and no harm done.

Question:	What color are the seats and the angled pieces at the tops of the frame? Green or teal
Answer:	It doesn’t seem like raw u treated wood, but it’s not fully “water resistant”. It did seem to fair well in the weather, however I noticed it did soak in the water on some places. I decided to put a coat of water sealer on it. The wood accepted the sealer well and I feel like it will now repel the water and last even longer. Not a necessary thing but I felt like it could use it.

Question:	Can these straps be used on a diy adult swingset in lieu of brackets
Answer:	Yes,We used ours with a separate tire swing swivel set; there are no bolts or brackets on our tree limb where this strap is.
Question:	Can you hang the straps over a squared edge? Or do they have to be over a rounded surface
Answer:	We hung it over a tree branch, but I don’t see any reason it wouldn’t go over a square edge just as easily.
Question:	I'm curious what the extra loop on the strap is for
Answer:	The entire loop is hung over a tree branch. then thread one of the then-hanging loops through the other side and pull it tight. Thus, the loop now hangs as one double strap for strength. Then affix a hook carabiner to the D-ring that's on the strap so you can hang your swing from it. I hope that helps!
Question:	are the metal parts stainless steel
Answer:	I am not sure. But I do know that the straps were uneven!!! My grandson's swing hangs crooked! The company was upset that I made that post. They asked me to take it off the website. They did not make any effort to make it right instead they kept sending me emails to me personally . I finally contacted Amazon. Amazon reimbursed me. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE. MY advice, make a purchase from a different dealer.
