Answer:	The 'top' 24" (or so) of the chain is not plastic coated, so it's possible to cut and remove links. No need, though, as it comes with heavy-duty snap hooks that thread through the mounting hardware. Instead of hanging the chain from the link on the end, just slide the snap hook through a link that places the swing at the height you want it.

Answer:	Hello,Per the ASTM F1148, add 4% of the swing beam height to the Swing Seat width for your center to center spacing. In other words, if the horizontal beam is 84" (ie. 7') in height, multiply that by 4% which equals 3.36". Answer:	My granddaughter is 14 months old and she does great in the swing. She tried a neighbors when she was about one and did great then too. The key is to watch them and not leave them I attended.

Answer:	This chair is beefy, it appears strong and well made, The chain is thick and by comparison with other chains I have around the garage would be rated for several hundred pounds. I don't know the true answer to your questions but from perspective my kid will outgrow it long before it wears out, or weight would be an issue. I'm an average guy and I can put a foot in it and swing if I want to and it's not breaking. I hope that helps.

Answer:	i have the Breville BOV845BSS, and it fits in there. both have the same exterior dimensions, and both say they fit a 13" pizza. so i would assume it fits. i just looked up both trying to figure out the difference. the model i have has a slow cook feature, the light turns on when the cooking is done, and it's $40 cheaper (unless you want red or black).

Answer:	I'm not sure what the mfg recommended age is, but we have used the high back swing for our grandkids from 18 months up to 5 yrs, depending on how big the kid is. The regular swing is good once a kid can hold themselves in the swing and move their legs back and forth, around 3-4 yrs, depending on the kid. Very durable swings. Highly recommend.
