Question:	What’s the maximum wind speed it can handle
Answer:	This product can be used by 5 year old weighing 40 lbs. However it really depends on your child's motor and balancing skills. My older children love it, however my 5 year old does not have such a great balance and had a hard time with it.. The size was perfect for him though....
