Answer:	There is, but not due to the design or quality of the kite. These are great kites. I have bought 10-15 over the last few years. I always have at least one in the trunk of my car, and a couple in my basement. I use over 3/4 of a mile (1500 yards) of high strength fishing line to fly my kites. At some point, the kite stops going higher and just gets further away. This is due to the force of the wind on the line. When the line is fully deployed, it is hard to see the kite in the sky as it is so far away.
