Answer:	Yes you can. Or you can make a wire out of aluminum foil, a wet string, or any normal wire whatsoever will work just fine. You could hypothetically buy hookup wire or solid core wire at Radio Shack, but you could also just cut apart any old wire you have in your house.

Answer:	The Makey Makey in fact is an alternative for your keyboard. It depends on the software (the piano program) which key should be touched to play a C. The Makey Makey can emulate a bunch of keys (not all). Suppose your piano program plays a C when you press the space bar on your keyboard. With a Makey Makey you can do the same by 1) connecting your C-banana with the contact point labelled "space bar" on the Makey Makey; 2) connecting the piano player (person) with the contact point labelled "ground" on the Makey Makey (and of course connecting the Makey Makey to your computer). When the player touches the C-banana, the piano program produces a C.

Answer:	I hadn't tried it on carpet but I would think itd work just as fine as long as the carpet isn't super long. You can use the mouse just on the hardwood floor itself or a table top too. You don't have to use the maze board. I just didn't want to get any hair wrapped up in the wheels by using hit on the floor

Answer:	The product box says the globe’s scale is 1:43,000,000...we aren’t sure if that means topographically as well, our thought is no. Having said that, you can run you fingers along the globe and feel all of the mountain ranges. It’s a beautiful globe. When lighted and when not. The globe seems weighted and spins nicely under one’s fingers. We are pleased with this purchase.

Answer:	This question is easily answered by measuring the circumference of the globe along the "equator": about 37.5 inches, give or take 0.2 inches, giving a low of 11.9 to a high of 12.0 inches. Since the string I used had some gives, I would opt for 12.0 inches. If the globe were advertised as 13" diameter, this would mean a circumference of about 40.8, a difference of 3.3inches, which my string could not possibly stretch by that much!

Answer:	The puzzle pieces are an extremely lightweight plastic. They click together on a curve. Very cool looking when complete!

Question:	I recieved mine but the great Hall was missing one piece. I don't want a refund for the entire thing, how do i get a new great Hall
Answer:	I just saw this now, so too late to help you, but one quick way to save a puzzle missing only one or two pieces, is to look for a very similar piece that fits the same spot, and then scan and print the image on a color copier and mount it to the same thickness of cardboard or foam board. You will probably be the only one who will ever notice it is not the original piece.
Question:	Once completed, can this be somehow made 'permanent'? Like with some kind of glue? And will it be nice, safe and stable to display? Thanks
Answer:	Your answer is YES! BUT! It takes a lot of work to do this and you need to use the right supplies to make sure you are not interfering with the backing of the tiles...some elements cause them to warp or shrink. I have used duct tape, the thick silver kind most successfully, others did not work long term and/or were hard to apply to the back of tiles. Most recently “Puzzle Saver”, a strong paper front attached to a very good adhesive designed for things like this saved my Astronomy Tower. I figured out how to work with it on the smaller HP puzzles: Diagon Alley first and then Hogwarts. It takes patience but that is true about EVERYTHING about HP Puzzles AND IT IS WORTH THE SWEAT & LABOR. Patience & attention to detail will win the day. So many people have begged to buy my finished HP 3D Puzzles I rarely show them now. I Highly recommend placing them out of reach. Several Puzzlers I know built see-thru plastic or glass “boxes (like a fish tank) to make them untouchable. I placed some of ours in a glass cabinet bought for that purpose. ITS WORTH THE WORK! The puzzle, when properly “backed or hardened” AND APPLIED TO A HARD, FIRM FOUNDATION can last forever when not allowed to be pawed by pets or kids or friendly unknowing adults.

Answer:	It is possible to take apart. The pieces are a sturdy plastic, but I've never done it before so I'm not sure of the structure stability after taken apart and put back again. It is a well made product, though.

Answer:	If it is defective, you need to contact the seller you bought it from, they also could contact the manufacturer. You also could look up Ravensburger on the internet and call them, they are very good with customer service and know their products.

Answer:	The short answer is yes. But you can't just put the daytime ESB on the night version base because the night version is made from a different material that allows light to glow through it. The night version is way cooler. Why build the ESB puzzle if you can't show it off? This apples to all Ravenburger night edition 3D puzzles BTW when compared to the day version of same.
