Answer:	This only comes with a US plug but the unit itself can handle 100-240v. So, you can use it anywhere in the world on standard outlets as long as you have the suitable converter plug (US to your local plug). Answer:	The length of the flexible part of the neck is about 12". With the non-flexible portions at the top and bottom it is about 15". Answer:	They are similar. The hawk is a little bigger and the handle is longer so it's easier to use in my opinion. I've made over 2000 and it hasn't jammed up once. Over all I like it more so far. I don't have a lot of hand strength so the hawk has been easier for me. Both powermatic and hawkmatic both have good and bad points like anything else but, I'll be buying hawk again for sure.

It also works well w/ most other king (109x26mm) & 1 1/4 (84x26mm) size cones. We made this decision to simplify things and reduce CONEfusion. There are over 10 different sizes of cones available and this number is CONEstantly growing.

Answer:	Yes, a small seam is normal. However, it should not prevent the cones from resting flush against that wall. Try these two solutions: 1). After inserting the cone, push it down a little more with the packing stick. This should cause the paper to sit flush against all walls. You can also use the packing stick to push the paper against the wall where it is not flush. 2). Try using a different pre-rolled cone. These cones are hand rolled and sometimes they vary in size, which may be causing the problem.
