Answer:	Yes. Be sure to wipe dry before putting it away as it rusts. Mine was in the patio and has rusty water where the metal is. But it would be cute for your purpose.

Answer:	Yes, the trailer does separate from the truck body. My 3 year old Grandson loves playing with the truck and trailer.

Answer:	I don’t believe that “fair trade certified” applies to toys. It’s a term usually used for food (like coffee and chocolate). Green toys are made from recycled #2 plastics and made in the US. They’re very nice toys. We have quite the collection. —Fair Trade is a designation developed to help consumers support products that come from farms that have been certified to provide fair wages and safe working conditions (forced child labor is prohibited).
Question:	how big is it
Answer:	Just checked my grandson's truck. The top ramp slides down and back up again. I does not 'hold' while in the up position unless the lower ramp or door is closed. That lower ramp, when folded up, holds the top ramp in place. The lower ramp sort of snaps into the truck. I will say, however, it isn't a very 'tight' locking mechanism but it does hold the top ramp in. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I would say for the siren loudness and for the age of children using the toy that it's quite loud. The boys out their bodies down on the ground and push the trucks around and often their heads are right by the trucks which made me think the volume is too loud for such a small vehicle.
Question:	What is the country of orgin
Answer:	There is another line of Tonka Lights and Sounds that is much larger, but any of the "Toughest Minis" are going to be in the 6-7" range. While I do not have one in front of me, it definitely isn't 13" long. 6-7" is a fair estimate.

Answer:	There is not a designated area to attach a string. You could tie one to the center of the windshield or drill a hole in the front bumper?
