Answer:	You need to flip them around. Mine are only 1/4 " away from drum wall. I had the same problem on first assembly.

That would be worth the $20 investment to keep the machine in good order and looking good. Also, spray it down with WD40 or Liquid Wrench. These products are Water Dispersants and rust inhibitors. Answer:	They are about 5" x 2 1/2. When they came they looked too small, but with the way they go when pushed they are the right size.
