Answer:	Ultimately, no. So yes while the paint stays on they won't rust, but if your kid is going to dig in sand and rough dirt (which they will), the paint will absolutely come off around the edges and they will rust. Mine rusted within a week around the edges. They're still very usable. It's not like they've rusted to pieces, and now they're over a year old and they're still fine but the rust is 100% there on all unpainted areas.

Answer:	Don’t waste your money on this. These pieces don’t fit together at all. They’re all different sizes so you can’t build it and rebuild it. It becomes lopsided and marbles get stuck or just fall off the sides.

Answer:	Two. There should be a little switch on the drill to reverse it.

Answer:	There is a switch for direction change. Mine works 50% of the time. It's my only complaint with the toy.

Answer:	Maybe this helps. The drill has a button with 3 setting: forward, reverse and off. If set to off, the drill makes no noise and doesn't do anything.

Answer:	The ball has air in it and does light up. It's durable and probably rubber. Our 8 yr old granddaughter hasn't quite grown into it yet for use.
