| Answer: | Here are some tips for removing these stickers from a wall: Cleaners. Cleaners like Goo Gone, or Murphy's Oil Soap will often work wonders on removing any sticker type of glow-in-the-dark stars. Simply carefully remove the star from your ceiling or wall, and if you have any of the sticker left behind grab one of these two cleaners. Apply some to a soft sponge or paper towel, and begin scrubbing away. Do not press to hard, or you can end up removing the color from your paint, but soon you will have a clean wall or ceiling again. Ice cube. Some glow-in-the-dark stars come with a putty like adhesive on the back. This putty can be a little difficult to remove by hand unless you use an ice cube. Apply an ice cube to the putty until it has frozen. Once that has happened use a razor blade, credit card, or even a butter knife to carefully scrape the putty away. Steam. Prior to removing the stars from the wall, try applying a little heat to the problem. Simply wet a wash cloth or paper towel, and then press a hot iron to the paper towel. This will create a warm damp heat, much like steam, which will help remove the stars. However, do not use this method when the stars are applied to a wall covered by wall paper. This method may end up also removing the wall paper. Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser is great at removing most kinds of stains. Simply wet the sponge according to the directions on the package, and begin scrubbing away. This will remove all the left over sticky mess, while best of all not removing any of the paint that is underneath. |

| Answer: | Yes, as a matter of fact the sticky dots that come with them barely work. Chances are the stars wont stay on forever, are easy to remove. They are hard plastic, not stickers. |
