Answer:	That depends on your child’s head size. I’d recommend measuring their head with a tape measure to make sure their head circumference is between 48-54cm. My son is 5, has a fairly large head for his age (51.5cm) and this helmet fits him.

Question:	Would a Lego Minifigure be able to stand or sit on it? Well if it would even fit in the first place, doesnt matter if it falls
Answer:	2nd question first: You can pump this up to any firmness. The firmer it is, the easier it is to balance on the ball, but when you flip it over and stand on it, the harder it is to stand and balance. I have to still hold onto the edge of the counter when I use it. It comes w/ a pump (like a bicycle pump) so I just pump it up fairly firmly but I don't know the psi. I guess you could measure w/ a tire gauge? I really only use it to help improve my balance-one leg at a time. I don't get real fancy or creative w/ it. It is definitely the most under-used piece of exercise equipment I have. As for your 1st question, I weigh 180 and it handles me well. It seems to be made of a very thick rubber and is sturdy. For a balance ball (that is what I bought it for) I do better just doing yoga balancing poses. I have to work up to this balance ball. Still think I'm always going to fall off and break something. I would bet that I could hold someone up to 250 lbs. It came w/ no literature and no guidance. I have been meaning to check out YouTube videos. That wold be your best bet.
