Answer:	this pan has hole for drain oil, so you need to put some bowl or tray underside to hold dripping oil, you can use gas stove but make sure there is space for the dripping tray...

Answer:	Well, let me put it to you like this - it's a thick, sweet tangy sauce with a lip-smacking taste that can be used easily as a dipping sauce or basting it on chicken when you grill it. Personally, I would never put it on a steak I was grilling, but I suppose it would work as a dipping sauce (I prefer A-1). On fries, it's a matter of taste. I know grilling shrimp and putting a light baste on it just prior to turning it the last time is a move from Heaven! It's, as I said, a thick, sweet sauce with just a hint of book hickory and bourbon. It's a delight to the palate and can be used when grilling other things or as a side with smoked meats like brisket, beef bologna, sausages, etc. Well worth the price, as are all their products. Enjoy! I do!
