| Answer: | I'm a 70 year old male just slightly overweight. I find the resistance to be good. I start at level 6, trying to maintain a "speed" of 14. I wish this panel showed pedaling cadence; when I used to ride a bike I liked to maintain a cadence of 80 to 85. I shift up to 7 from time to time, trying to maintain the same speed. The resistance does increase significantly from 6 to 7. I haven't even tried 8, 9 or 10 yet. I'm going by my heart rate and it does go up to 110 during my time at level 7. So far I'm keeping my rides to 20 minutes a session. I'm happy with the product so far. |
