That is what my picture was, but when I clicked on it, it changed to this one. The description also says 7 instruments. I wanted the one with more, but it was unavailable. Some children are more prone than others to put things in their mouths. My two-year-old grandson plays with this all the time and never puts the bees in his mouth.
