1. Wipe the dust on the glass surface before use.

2. Secure the seal to the glass.

3. Put a drop of silicone sealant or silicone glass glue between the seal and the glass every 15cm (both sides of the glass)

4. Dry for about 8 hours to ensure it is firm before use.

Answer:	I can be done. You can add a second device on the TV power button. Hold TIVO & tvpower till you get the learning blink, then enter the receiver code. It can tell the difference since they start with different numbers. This fix is on the TIVO users forum.
Question:	Need 1/4 inch sweep 7 ft length clear for door
Answer:	I don't believe this model can be used on the Dish Hopper. There is another TiVo remote that, if I recall correctly, may work with one of the Sat boxes.
Question:	Do we need to use glue to use this? It’s not holding it properly
Answer:	My wife uses this remote on a Vox and it seems to work fine. I think the Vox remote is easier to use, mostly because the size and placement of the button. The Vox remote also has a dedicate "Back" button that is very useful.
Question:	Do you sell this without the extra flap. We need to protect the shower door from chips on edge
Answer:	If both TiVos can "see" the remote at the same time, then no, you need a remote with the 1-2 switch. If the TiVos are in different places, and the remote can't "see" both of them at the same time, then I believe the same remote can control both TiVos, one at a time. The remote and the TiVos would both have to be programmed to operate with the same "address," 0 (I believe it's the default for a new remote). From TiVo: "A remote that has an address of 0 can control any TiVo DVR within its range."

Question:	Where can I find this seal for 1/2” glass
Answer:	I don’t use glue it may move up or down a bit when I’m cleaning the glass but generally I can just push it back up or down which ever it needs.
Question:	I see that 1/2 inch was supposed to be available by last october. i cannot find it. can you help me find this on amazon or somewhere else
Answer:	I have this installed with the flap against the wall and it works very well but takes a day or so to get itself set, in my installation. I have seen others with no flaps they were the flexible type that had to be double back taped to stay on the door.
