Answer:	From the contradictory answers on the part of the company rep vs. the video and the dimensions given for height, I'm guessing that the company rep did not understand the difference between "diameter" (the distance across, measured through dead center) and "circumference" (the distance around a sphere -- the Equator is a circumference). A 12" diameter globe would be basketball size. A 29" diameter globe would be the height of an average dining-room table. Big difference!
